We are looking for someone with experience in **vehicle fleet administration** (trucks and automobiles) and proficiency in **database management**, to efficiently manage **preventive and corrective maintenance services**, as well as monitor compliance with **service levels at external workshops**. Furthermore, strong **Excel skills** and an exceptional service-oriented attitude are essential, as you will maintain constant communication and provide support to various sales and distribution areas across Heineken Mexico. **Requirements for this position:** * Prior experience in vehicle fleet administration and database management. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables; Power BI is desirable). * Completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma (no incomplete degrees). * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles and valid driver’s license. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Service-oriented attitude toward various sales and distribution areas. * Ability to analyze reports and make strategic decisions regarding fleet vehicle flow and availability. **Skills:** * Strong sense of urgency * Good communication skills * Problem-solving ability * Proficiency in digital tools for vehicle tracking * Monitoring of key performance indicators.
