Requirements: * **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, licensed with professional ID** * **5 years of experience in HVAC system design for air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, chilled water systems in buildings, shopping centers, and residential projects** * Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP * Knowledge of Mexican standards, ASHRAE and Carrier manuals * Experience in supervision of HVAC construction projects is desirable Responsibilities: * Design conceptual solutions, basic engineering, and detailed engineering * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and concept catalogs * Generate single-line diagrams, detailed drawings, isometrics, equipment schedules, thermal calculations, equipment selection, quantity takeoffs, and required technical specifications Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Experience: * HVAC Designer: 5 years (Desirable) * REVIT usage: 2 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site
