Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and propose residential renovations, conduct site surveys, supervise construction, and update Revit drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced Revit proficiency, including MEP and structural systems **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm **Work Mode:** Hybrid (site visits and surveys + remote work) **Salary:** $15,000 net monthly **Requirements:** * Experience in construction supervision and development of construction drawings. * Advanced proficiency in **Revit**, including **MEP and structural systems**. * Use of **Enscape** for rendering * Proficiency in Word and Excel * Personal computer with at least 4 GB dedicated video memory * Ability to coordinate site visits, conduct surveys, and provide technical follow-up on project progress. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication with design and construction teams. * **Residency in CDMX** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and proposals for residential renovations. * Conduct surveys and progress reports. * Update Revit drawings according to on-site modifications.
