




At **MoradaUno**, we are looking for our next **Customer Support Agent** in **CDMX.** We are a Mexican startup transforming the rental market through data and technology. Our mission is to eliminate market friction (e.g., guarantors) and place technology directly into the hands of real estate agents, offering credit and protection solutions that guarantee a flawless rental experience. **Your Mission** You will support real estate agents throughout the rental process. You will serve as the human bridge between the agent, operations, and Morada Uno’s technology—focused on meeting the agent’s needs. Your dual focus will be ensuring every rental closes successfully and building long-term, close relationships with clients. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Engage in all stages of the rental process, ensuring each operation progresses smoothly and closes successfully, managing a minimum of 100 operations per month. * Support brokers in using the M1AppPrincipal—the primary communication channel between brokers and Morada Uno’s Operations team. * Continuously collect feedback (the customer’s voice) and relay it internally to ensure the best possible experience during their tenancy. * Understand the broker portfolio and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, delivering personalized support. * Resolve emerging issues by leveraging available tools (CRM, AI, etc.). * Propose continuous improvements. * Maintain organization, discipline, and timely follow-up to manage a high volume of rentals simultaneously. **What We’re Looking For** * Completed bachelor’s degree and professional license. * Minimum experience in customer support and/or key account management roles. * Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously. * Tools: Intermediate Excel proficiency and Office/Google Drive suite. Familiarity with and/or experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). * Familiarity with AI as a supporting tool. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments—resilient and effective under pressure. * Proactivity and initiative. * Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills. * Ability to handle complex situations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. **Additional Position Details** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Private medical expense insurance.
