Efficiently manage the warehouse and all related resources, including personnel, material resources, and equipment. Ensure compliance with all quality management systems; EHS; internal controls, always aligned with Allegion’s values. Position Responsibilities: * Plans, implements, and monitors all physical inventory controls in the warehouse. * Monitors all inventory movements. * Maintains processes that ensure on-time delivery to customers—from material receipt through finished goods shipment. * Ensures compliance with processes required to achieve inventory accuracy. * Complies with all required physical security processes. * Efficient personnel management. * Efficient budget management. * Promotes and fosters integration and teamwork. * Implements talent development processes to strengthen the team and establish succession plans. * Implements processes necessary to pursue continuous improvement. * Implements all necessary processes to guarantee a safe working environment. Requirements: * Completed university degree (diploma required). * Experience: 3\-5 years. * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in a similar role (MRO, Maintenance). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * MS Dynamics 365 desirable.
