The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the raw materials warehouse, including receiving, control, secure storage, inventory, and distribution to production, ensuring a continuous and efficient material flow to avoid production stoppages, using the Odoo management system and applying methodologies such as 5S to maintain order and cleanliness. Activities: 3.1 Supervise and coordinate: The warehouse clerk is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to raw material storage. This includes requesting, tracking, and unloading from suppliers at warehouses PL1, PL2, and PL3. 3.2 Inventory management: Maintain detailed control of stored materials, performing periodic physical counts and updating records in the system (Odoo), stock, FIFO, and ROP. 3.3 Space optimization: Organize the warehouse to facilitate access to different types of materials and minimize search and handling time. 3.4 Performance management: The warehouse clerk must deliver monthly results for assigned KPIs to evaluate achievement of organizational objectives. 3.5 Traceability: Track products both inside and outside company facilities. 3.6 Process optimization: Continuously seek ways to optimize processes to reduce time and costs. 3.7 Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve a common goal, whether administrative or operational.
