To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a proactive Logistics Assistant with leadership potential who will become the cornerstone ensuring the success of our deliveries. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for orchestrating the dispatch of our products. You will manage, direct, and organize deliveries, ensuring each order reaches its destination (whether via freight carriers or directly to customers) efficiently and without disruptions. Key Responsibilities: · Load Management: Organize and supervise product loading onto freight carriers’ and customers’ vehicles, ensuring proper handling and arrangement. · Pre-shipment Quality Control: Thoroughly inspect orders prior to loading to verify correct product, quantity, and specifications. · Incident Management: Monitor the entire preparation and dispatch process, promptly identifying and reporting any incidents (shortages, damages, delays) that may jeopardize delivery deadlines. · Documentation Administration: Generate and safeguard relevant documentation (delivery notes, invoices, waybills, etc.) and maintain up-to-date shipment records. What are we looking for in you? · Leadership Ability: To direct loading operations and coordinate with warehouse staff and transport providers. · Organization and Orderliness: Meticulousness in managing multiple deliveries and maintaining accurate documentation. · Responsibility and Commitment: Understanding that your role is critical to our customers’ satisfaction. · Flexible Schedule: Availability to adapt to the factory’s operational needs and peak workloads. · Proactivity: Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions.
