* Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU) and/or Engineering degree, preferably in a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses. * Ability to manage and coordinate customer-oriented work teams. * Ability to efficiently and professionally manage response times and high-demand situations. * Ability to assess, prioritize, and make informed decisions that optimize processes. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Shifts: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm / 4:30 pm to 1:00 am.
