Become part of our great team as a... **Main function or general purpose of the position.** Plan, coordinate, direct and control finance activities (Treasury, accounting, accounts payable), ensuring timely and reliable reporting. Responsible for supervising and controlling cash flow as well as managing financial information. **ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Consolidate financial information at month-end closure for P&L generation and data entry into the financial consolidation system * Record intercompany invoices (raw materials, fixed assets) within the ERP system * Invoicing * Fixed assets registration * Accounting depreciation of fixed assets * Monthly accruals (payroll, expenses, PTU, Christmas bonus) * Reconciliation of Q Holding balance sheet accounts * Verification and release of supplier payments * Weekly payroll processing * Payroll recording in the COI accounting system * Preparation of monthly depreciation journal entries * Calculation of toll manufacturing invoices * Monthly closing of the COI system * Analysis of accounting records * Monitoring of expenses by department * Preparation of financial reports * Supervision of accounts payable and finance assistant * Buying and selling of US dollars **JOB COMPETENCY PROFILE** **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Actuarial Science or Finance** * Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role * Proficiency in accounting systems * Fluency in English * **Specialized Knowledge** * Up-to-date on tax reforms and financial reporting standards. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
