DE C.V. is seeking a SPECIALIZED SUPPORT ENGINEER in Veracruz, Veracruz** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **SPECIALIZED SUPPORT ENGINEER** Monday to Friday * hrs. Saturday: Coverage of on-call duties **Responsibilities:** * Verification of pre-requisites for executing technological renovation projects (equipment owned by the client). * Validation of completed work in executed projects, as well as verification of compliance with expected standards for installation of technological equipment. * Coordination of the execution sequence for renovation projects, technological replacement, testing, and pilots between end users and the executing vendor. * Monitoring third parties and involved departments regarding technical tasks associated with a work plan derived from an end-user technological infrastructure project. * Mass onboarding and offboarding of branches that, due to volume and time constraints, cannot be handled independently. * Monitoring resolution of warranties for equipment purchased by the client.
