Job Summary: Technician with experience in physicochemical water monitoring, maintenance of filtration and softening equipment, reverse osmosis operation, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in physicochemical water monitoring and equipment maintenance. 2. Knowledge of operation and repair of dosing equipment. 3. Ability to generate reports and comply with safety regulations. Technician with knowledge of physicochemical water monitoring, regeneration of filtration and softening equipment, standardization of reverse osmosis, verification of operation of chlorination, pH, conductivity, and residual product control equipment. Operate and repair dosing equipment. Prepare daily reports on water conditions across various processes, evaporative condensers, boilers, water heaters, chillers; knowledge of jar testing for wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs); and knowledge of control of filtration and softening equipment. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule. Maintain updated and organized operational logs. Participate in quality, EHS, and production audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to interpret DTI drawings. Knowledge of safety-related topics and compliance with DC3\. Compliance with safety regulations, DC3; generation of ARTs; preparation of follow-up and continuous improvement reports. Submission of monthly reports; supplier performance reports for customer evaluation of Chemtreat; achievement of minimum “good” rating.
