We are looking for a passionate Tour Guide to share the world of wine, the history, and traditions of our estate with every visitor. Responsibilities: * Lead guided tours through the vineyard, winery, and cellar, providing information about the wine-making process and the site's history. * Conduct sensory-focused and story-driven wine tastings. * Communicate knowledge about Mexican viticulture in an engaging manner. * Host national and international groups, adapting the experience to the audience. * Promote brand products and support enogastronomic events, premium experiences, and private visits. * Maintain a professional, warm, and empathetic image as an ambassador of the winery. Requirements: * Education: Technical or bachelor’s degree in tourism, gastronomy, oenology, or related field. * Basic knowledge of sommelier practices. * Experience in customer service, hospitality, and tour guiding. * Excellent oral communication and fluency in Spanish; English is desirable. * Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
