Centro Automotriz Futurama is seeking a Tire Technician. **Job Objective:** Safely and efficiently perform tire and rim mounting, balancing, diagnosis, and repair, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper equipment operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Mount tires using appropriate tools and/or equipment. * Balance tires by evenly distributing weight around their entire perimeter. * Carefully lift the vehicle onto the ramp, avoiding any damage to the unit. * Provide reliable diagnostics regarding tire condition and perform repairs according to customer requirements and approved budget. * Inspect rims for repair, identifying cracks, breaks, or dents. * Clean and lubricate ramps to maintain optimal operating conditions. * Verify supplies required for tire balancing, rim cleaning, and repair, promptly reporting replenishment needs. * Conduct off-site visits for vehicle repairs, providing timely and personalized customer service. * Keep the work area clean and organized, safeguarding tools and supplies. * Ensure work equipment is ready for the start of operations. * Report any material requirements or findings detected in the work area to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or high school. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in tire mounting, balancing, and repair. * Knowledge: Operation of mounting and balancing machinery; rim and tire diagnostics; industrial safety standards. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * School supplies support. * Employee discounts. * Profit-sharing. * Commissions (starting from month 3). **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
