




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the operations area to supervise production, optimize resources, and manage personnel, ensuring compliance with production schedules and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages production and optimizes resources. 2. Supervises personnel and ensures training. 3. Ensures compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Technical Superior University (TSU), or Business Administration degree * Availability to work rotating shifts * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of operations area, measurement equipment handling, and personnel management. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Meet the Production Schedule on time and as scheduled, optimizing resources for each process. 2. Record daily production progress. 3. Release processes prior to manufacturing each product. 4. Ensure and guarantee that personnel under supervision have the tools and training required to perform their assigned tasks. 5. Monitor compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule for equipment and/or machinery under supervision. 6. Request corrective maintenance when applicable. 7. Take daily attendance of personnel under supervision and submit it daily to Payroll Assistant. 8. Complete daily attendance control forms, leave requests, vacation requests, etc. 9. When applicable, document personnel incidents under supervision and report them to Human Resources. 10. Verify that personnel under supervision carry out their activities in accordance with safety regulations and HBQ’s Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
