Personnel development and optimal maintenance of machinery and tools. **Job Description:** At Losifra, we are looking for a committed Production Leader with leadership skills and a results-oriented focus to address team needs and provide the necessary tools to achieve objectives, while maintaining optimal performance of personnel and machinery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor proper and complete use of PPE. * Monitor correct operation of machines and tools. * Ensure users correctly complete startup checklists. * Monitor compliance with standards. * Guarantee release of first pieces. * Conduct periodic walkthroughs to verify quality and perform hourly follow-up. * Track production orders. * Monitor cleaning routines. * Maintain adequate stock of well-maintained tools and track corrective actions.  Timely material requisition from warehouse. * Prepare corrective maintenance and facility maintenance reports. * Maintain attendance records, commissions, overtime, downtime, vacations, etc. * Train and coach direct reports. * Conduct active breaks and safety briefings. * Communicate with the work team. * Evaluate team performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising production or similar roles. * Knowledge of process control, personnel management, and continuous improvement. * Operation and adjustment of machinery and tools. * Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing orders. * Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Availability to rotate across three shifts. * Forklift operation certification. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: MXN 13,000 gross per month. * 5% savings fund contribution. * 8% punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
