Ensure food hygiene and safety (H Distinction, NOM 251) **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Kitchen Manager** for industrial cafeterias, responsible for coordinating and supervising food preparation while ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with established standards. The candidate will lead the kitchen team and guarantee smooth daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise food preparation and distribution. * Coordinate kitchen staff (cooks and assistants). * Monitor supplies, inventory, and waste. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (H Distinction, NOM 251, etc.). * Place orders and control costs. * Verify food quality, taste, and presentation. * Plan menus jointly with management. * Attend internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Food and Beverage, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Kitchen Manager in an industrial cafeteria (mandatory). * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of cost control and hygienic food handling. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Salary: $20,000 * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance.
