Main Responsibilities * Schedule and monitor maintenance and technical service calendars. * Supervise and coordinate technical staff in the field. * Review, validate, and analyze maintenance, repair, and special work reports. * Manage tools, spare parts, and personal protective equipment. * Maintain constant communication with customers, operational personnel, and administrative departments. * Address operational incidents and provide technical and commercial solutions. * Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. Required Profile * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in the elevator and escalator sector. * Technical knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and management. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in preparing and analyzing technical and operational reports. * Excellent writing skills, spelling, and organizational ability. * Leadership, follow-up, and decision-making skills.
