Listed on the London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index Responsibilities: **ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Design, implement, and verify control systems for our production processes to meet customer requirements according to standards established in the Quality Management System (QMS). * Design, develop, and execute process improvements for manufacturing methods, controls, and processes. * Document and control process changes in accordance with QMS. * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Develop Manufacturing Drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), Production Routings, Work Instructions, and Control Plans using best practices in manufacturing engineering. * Provide support in New Product Development and Testing, APQP, PPAP, product and process validation, product audits, drawing and BOM compliance, and projects related to standard work and process variation reduction. * Perform PFMEA on processes, methods, equipment, and manufacturing controls. * Evaluate and resolve issues in manufacturing, quality, and assembly lines using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other problem-solving methods, as well as conduct process capability and performance analysis. * Collaborate with other departments in implementing site-level safety initiatives, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies. * Deliver technical presentations. * Develop a high level of expertise in all production processes and related equipment. * Be capable of guiding and mentoring engineers, supporting the development of a strong team. * Author and present Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests. * Other duties as assigned, requested, or directed. Qualifications: **REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related disciplines. * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (SMED, VSM, TPM, 6S, JIT, etc.). * Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Intermediate knowledge of Minitab and Statistics (process capability, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, DOE, etc.). * Proficiency with problem-solving tools (8D’s, PDCA, Pareto, Ishikawa, A3, etc.). * Fluency in English (written and conversational). * Minimum of 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. * Ability to work effectively with subordinates, peers, and superiors across all company departments. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong time management and planning abilities. **PREFERRED SKILLS*** Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. * Experience in injection molding processes. * Experience in ceramic processes. * Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100.
