If you're motivated to learn and apply Lean tools on real projects, keep reading.#### **The Role** You will support the production team in capacity analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement projects. You'll also document process changes and participate in initiatives to bring the plant to best-in-class practices. Responsibilities: #### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze processes and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare capability and quality level reports to meet customer requirements. * Implement process improvements and problem-solving tools. * Document and control changes in production processes. * Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications: #### **What You Bring** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering or similar. * At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of Lean tools (MSA, PPAP, 6S, JIT). * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). * Basic English (A2) for reading and conversation. * Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and organizational ability. #### **Nice to Have** * Knowledge of statistics (process capability, DOE, etc.). * Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher). * Basic proficiency in Minitab and CAD/CAM software. #### **What We Offer** * Stable contract and statutory benefits. * Opportunity to learn and apply continuous improvement tools. * Culture focused on safety, quality, and technical development. **Interested?
