Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance **ANTAD is seeking an IT Technical Support Assistant in Polanco I Sección \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ANTAD (National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores) is seeking an **IT Technical Support Assistant** to provide support to internal and external staff. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $15,000\.00 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits (100% payroll registration with IMSS). * Food vouchers worth $2,835\.00. * Savings fund contribution of 10%. * Life insurance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field — mandatory and certified. * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. * Must reside no more than 1 hour from the work location (Polanco). * Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows 10 and 11, and macOS operating systems. * Installation and configuration of Office 365\. * Preventive and corrective software and hardware maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support software and hardware installation and configuration. * Assist and respond to various user technical support requests. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs, printers, and peripherals. * Support audio and video equipment installation for meeting rooms. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance records.
