Ensures QuEST methodology adherence in projects **Job Description:** Activity Management Manager – Pet Nutrition – Querétaro, Mexico The Activity Management Manager role is critical to leading the planning, development, and implementation of innovation and renovation projects across the entire Pet Nutrition business in Mexico. You will serve as the guardian of the QuEST methodology, ensuring all new products and renovations are executed effectively. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering the innovation pipeline successfully. What Are We Looking For? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale projects. * Team leadership skills. * Knowledge of the QuEST methodology is a plus. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Manage Activity Leaders (3 direct reports). * Facilitate PMR (Portfolio Management Review) within the SOP cycle. * Coordinate all innovation projects, ensuring delivery timelines and required quality standards are met. * Ensure the QuEST methodology is understood and followed by associates involved in innovation and renovation projects.
