Experience in mass recruitment for Call Center We are a CALL CENTER seeking new recruitment talent. **We are looking for a Recruiter!** Work location: **Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Polanco** Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am–7:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm **We offer:** * Base salary of $20,000 MXN net * Opportunity for growth and salary increase in your 3rd month * Benefits * 12 vacation days * 15 days’ Christmas bonus * Fixed weekend days off **Responsibilities:** * Mass recruitment of Call Center staff * Posting job vacancies on various job boards such as Indeed, Panda PE, Computrabajo, etc. * Active candidate sourcing * CV screening and interviews * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process * Updating candidate databases **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in mass recruitment for Call Center positions (sales, collections, customer service) * Proficiency in job boards and professional networks * Strong communication and organizational skills
