We are currently looking for a: **Sports Coordinator** who wants to join our team. **We offer:** **Base salary plus commissions.** **Requirements:** * Administrative or sports-related degree, interns or graduates. * Experience managing personnel. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or assistant management, preferably in sports clubs. **Responsibilities:** Supervision of staff; you will be in charge of the club shift, either opening or closing. Ensure the proper operation of facilities at all times. **Area-specific responsibilities:** **Customer service:** * Follow-up on user complaints and suggestions to ensure satisfaction. **Maintenance:** * Ensure the proper functioning of the club including locker rooms, fitness areas, rooms, reception, sales, pool, and equipment. * Delegate, supervise, and ensure that assigned tasks per shift are completed. **Supervision:** * Verification of logs with area supervisors. * Supervision of tasks performed by staff. **Reporting:** * Opening and closing checklists. * Development and follow-up of work plans with staff. **Personnel management:** * Conduct interviews to fill vacancies. * Effective meetings with staff. **Required skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Problem solving * Time management * Decision making **Professional competencies:** * Customer service * Knowledge of operational processes * Data analysis and evaluation * Adaptability and flexibility * Ethics and professionalism **Rotating schedule:** Must have availability for opening shifts starting at 05:00 AM and closing at 00:00 from Monday to Friday, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) availability from 07:00 to 20:00 hours, 8-hour shifts with one day off during the weekend**.** **Work location:** **FITSI QUERÉTARO** Boulevard Bernardo Quintana No. 8200, Colonia Centro Sur, Municipality of Santiago de Querétaro, C.P. 76090, State of Querétaro.
