**GENERAL PHYSICIAN WITH KNOWLEDGE IN OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit occupational medical evaluations. * Provide on-site emergency medical care. * Issue occupational health certificates and reports. * Monitor and follow up on occupational medical cases. * Identify potential ergonomic or psychosocial risk factors. * Coordinate preventive actions in accordance with **NOM\-035** and **NOM\-036**. * Monthly feedback provided by the Occupational Physician to the designated company department for follow-up and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations (NOMs such as NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009, NOM\-035\-STPS\-2018, etc.). * Prepare and maintain updated medical records and reports for internal or external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Medicine (Professional Title and License). Specialist in occupational medicine or occupational safety and health. * Knowledge of applicable STPS regulations in occupational health. * Anatomy, physiology, and first aid. * Proficiency in clinical record software. * Intermediate level in Excel / Power Point / Word. * Experience in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety. * Passion for teamwork (not individual work). * Ability to influence and present to large groups of employees (talks, trainings, etc).
