Quality Technician Position Activities: 1. Follow and comply with the work order. 2. Control of poka-yokes on the line. 3. Inspection of final product, selecting items that meet quality standards. 4. Release of line startup according to quality standards. 5. Measurement of in-line product according to the frequency established in the production order. 6. Stop production if parts are not within tolerance. 7. Responsible for the quarantine area, removing and adding material as needed. 8. Notify immediate supervisor when encountering an unresolved quality issue on the line. 9. Check compliance with 5’s in the quality area.
