Ensure that received raw materials meet requested requirements. 2. Ensure customer requirements are met through process audits at various stations, as well as in packaging and shipping. 3. Record control activities (e.g., machine stoppages due to quality issues, audits, shipments, etc.). 4. Develop and implement improvement projects. 5. Perform statistical process control studies when applicable. 6. Generate quality alerts. 7. Validate rework compliance according to the corresponding order. 8. Ensure non-conforming products are segregated, identified, and properly dispositioned to prevent mixing or delivery to the customer. 9. Prepare quality certificates.
