**Dale Desarrollos** Company dedicated to the construction of industrial warehouses and plants, residential construction, and commercial real estate construction **Looking for Construction Site Resident** Supervise, coordinate and control the execution of civil works on site, ensuring compliance with the project according to drawings, technical specifications, regulations, quality, budget and established timelines. **Main responsibilities** * Daily supervision of the physical progress of civil work, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to drawings, standards and technical specifications. * Coordinate technical and operational personnel on site. * Review foundation, slab, wall and floor drawings. * Review layout and construction processes. * Maintain a construction logbook and construction schedule. * Issue purchase requisitions. * Prepare work orders, piecework records and cost estimates. * Validate and manage material, tool and equipment requisitions required for construction execution. * Verify adherence to work schedules and report deviations. * Control work quality and implement corrective actions if necessary. * Track progress estimates for cost control and contractor payments. * Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on physical and financial progress of the project. **Job Profile:** * Age: 28 \- 45 years * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction execution and supervision * Valid driver's license required **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of construction regulations * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications * Laboratory tests and material testing * Control of construction processes (foundations, structures, finishes, installations) * Software: AutoCAD, Neodata **We Offer** * Statutory and additional benefits * 100% IMSS insurance coverage * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm * Grocery vouchers (fully included in your salary) * Santander Bank **Interested parties should contact: 427 115 94 81**
