Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident with experience in civil, structural, and finishing supervision, responsible for planning, coordination, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the supervision and coordination of civil works. 2. Ensures compliance with safety and quality control. 3. Develops planning and execution of construction projects. * **Construction Resident.** * Completed degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * **Technical Knowledge.** * Supervision of civil works, structural works, and finishes. * Proficiency in MS Project. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, coordination, and supervision of civil construction. * Implementation and monitoring of the safety plan. * Quality control.
