* Manage the warehouse ensuring order, cleanliness, arrangement, and preservation of materials. * Supervise incoming and outgoing goods activities (receiving, picking, shipping, returns). * Verify that inventory records are correctly and promptly entered into the system. * Conduct and supervise cyclic and general inventories, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and safety procedures. * Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and logistics to ensure timely supply. * Analyze inventory levels and propose optimization methods and waste reduction strategies. * Control related documentation: entries, exits, purchase orders, requisitions, shipping proofs. * Manage the use and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment. * Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel. * Prepare warehouse performance reports: turnover, accuracy, picking times, inventory indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organization standards (5S).
