Job Summary: This role focuses on comprehensive warehouse supervision, managing inventory, receiving and shipping operations, and coordinating teams and transportation routes to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of warehouse and logistics operations. 2. Inventory management and optimization of logistics processes. 3. Coordination and development of work teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Departmental performance indicators. 2\. Supervise proper receipt and shipment of goods. 3\. Verify documentation (invoices, purchase orders, waybills). 4\. Ensure correct placement and classification of products. 5\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. 6\. Coordinate physical and periodic inventory counts. 7\. Identify and analyze discrepancies. 8\. Implement improvements to minimize shrinkage and losses. 9\. Supervise order preparation and shipments. 10\. Ensure timely and proper deliveries and pickups. 11\. Coordinate local and international transportation routes. 12\. Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team. 13\. Assign tasks and evaluate performance. 14\. Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable warehouse. 15\. Shipments via courier services. 16\. Continuous process improvement. 17\. Safeguarding and maintenance of infrastructure. 18\. Supervision of transport units (maintenance, fuel control, etc.).
