Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead and optimize the operations of a refrigerated and frozen food warehouse, managing strategic resources and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages financial, human, and material resources with leadership. 2. Responsible for internal/external audits and internal controls. 3. Develops KPIs and strategic reports for decision-making. **ARCOSA GROUP seeks PLANT MANAGER in El Sauz Alto \- Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PLANT MANAGER** **(For food warehouse, refrigerated and frozen)** **LOCATION:** Mexico \- Querétaro Highway km 178\+175, El Sauz Alto, Pedro Escobedo, Qro. CP 76729 **SCHEDULE:** Mon\-Fri 08:00\-18:00 hrs, and Saturday 08:00\-13:00 hrs. **SALARY:** **Negotiable \+ Statutory Benefits.** Payment is biweekly via Santander bank card. **BENEFITS:** All statutory benefits (15-day bonus, 12 vacation days, 25% vacation premium, and social security) **CONTRACT:** (Direct employment with the company) **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** * Management of petty cash. * Establishment of internal controls. * Daily monitoring of deliveries and shipments. * Responsible for internal and external audits. * Development of management- and executive-level KPIs. * Revenue, cost, and procurement planning and management. * Monitoring timely payments to suppliers. * Administration of resources (financial, human, and material). * Experience in operational and administrative process management. * Preparation and presentation of strategic reports for decision-making. * Coordination and control of appropriate use of company material resources. * Implementation of necessary actions to correct deviations. * Implementation of necessary actions to correct deviations. * Responsible for negotiation and follow-up with media, legal, and service providers. * Compliance with, and enforcement of, work processes, procedures, and instructions within assigned areas. * Preparation and consolidation of accounting, tax, and financial information, as well as * establishment of controls. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 5 years in a similar position. * Knowledge in: * Preferably experienced in food cold chain and storage (refrigerated warehouses). * Inventory systems (WMS), logistics, production, ISO\*, BPD's. **SKILLS:** * Leadership * Working under pressure * Analytical ability * Effective communication * Problem solving and evaluation * Decision making * Strategic negotiation **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Leadership * Strategic negotiation * Problem solving *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d7f5fa3300003b0026ffbc\&source\=indeed
