We seek your talent Requirements Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. .Job Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise the efficient operation of the company's computer systems, ensuring their availability, security, technological innovation, and alignment with the company's strategic business objectives. Responsibilities * Supervise the operation of servers, databases, networks, and enterprise applications. * Provide technical assistance to administrative staff. * Perform backups for equipment across all company departments (antivirus, firewalls, and contingency plans). * Implement the CONTPAQi system; manage systems (ACCOUNTING, PAYROLL, INVOICING, COMMERCE). * Ensure prompt and proper coordination with external technical support (CONTPAQ system provider). * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Supervise proper handling and control of the surveillance camera system (passwords and locations). * Establish information security policies and procedures. * Ensure computing equipment remains updated and in optimal condition. * Report irregular situations and encourage staff participation in security-related matters. * Promote strict adherence to all security procedures and protocols established by the company and applicable regulations. Functions * Perform maintenance on equipment such as: time clocks, printers, plotters, cameras, televisions, projectors, and other equipment requiring maintenance. * Provide support to other departments and/or company activities. * Administer servers, routers, and switches. * Maintain control over computing equipment and equipment inventories. * Track software licenses and license renewals. * Maintain stock of inks and cartridges for all plant equipment. * Provide training on new or frequently used systems and software. * Maintain control of codes for labels. * Support monthly and annual inventory processes.
