Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Packager to lead packaging and baling activities, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure optimal operation and compliance with processes At Sistemas Integrales para la Industria Cartonera S.A. de C.V., we provide packaging and baling services for cardboard and plastic to nationally recognized companies such as PepsiCo, OXXO, Tiendas 3B, and Chedraui. At SIIC, we are looking for a Shift Packager to lead area activities, ensuring optimal operation of our facilities and compliance with internal processes. Job Requirements: Provide technical and packaging support by carrying out appropriate practices to perform established activities. Main Responsibilities: \- Activities to be performed include the following: \- Operation of cardboard baler \- Operation of hydraulic pallet jack \- Baling, stacking, and arranging cardboard bales \- Cleaning of the work area !!!Please note that lack of prior experience is not an issue, as training will be provided!!! We Offer: Competitive salary: $9,451 net monthly. $1,000 monthly food vouchers. Productivity Bonus: $2,549\.00 monthly Plus transportation bonus of $2,000, disbursed weekly at $500 Statutory benefits from day one. Direct employment with us—no intermediaries. Bi-weekly payments.
