




Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of a workshop specialized in diesel vehicles. This includes: * **Personnel Management:** * Assign tasks and supervise mechanics' work. * Train and evaluate staff. * Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. * **Workshop Management:** * Plan and schedule maintenance and repairs. * Manage inventory of tools and spare parts. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Keep the workshop clean and organized. * **Diagnosis and Repair:** * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in diesel engines. * Perform repairs and preventive maintenance. * Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment. * **Customer Service:** * Communicate with customers to explain repairs and costs. * Ensure customer satisfaction. **Required Skills and Experience:** * Proven experience in diesel mechanics, preferably in heavy-duty vehicles. * In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, and braking systems. * Ability to use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Effective communication skills with customers and staff. * Knowledge of safety regulations in mechanical workshops. * Technical degree in diesel mechanics or mechanical engineering (desirable).
