**Main Responsibilities** Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the healthcare sector. * Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the healthcare sector. * Follow-up and closing of medication and wound care supplies sales. * Negotiation of prices, terms, and volumes according to internal policies. * Periodic visits to key clients (hospitals, public institutions, pharmacies). * Generation of weekly sales and progress reports. * Support in tender processes (when applicable). * Post-sale management and resolution of commercial issues. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as a salesperson in the pharmaceutical sector (wholesale, distribution, or laboratories). * Knowledge of basic drug list products and/or government procurement. * Desirable experience dealing with public or private hospitals. **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, filters, quotations). * CRM and ERP systems handling (desirable). * Knowledge of basic health regulations and traceability. **Skills:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Proactive with customer service orientation. * Route planning and portfolio organization.
