




**Grupo Panamotors**, a Mexican company with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly creative, analytical, and commercially oriented **Automotive Digital Advisor** for lead generation and appointment setting. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Effective appointment generation:** Coordinate in-person or virtual appointments with the sales team, ensuring a smooth customer transition. * **CRM Management:** Mandatory registration and updating of all customer interactions, maintaining traceability and status of each lead. * **Product information:** Provide clear details about models, prices, promotions, financing plans, and delivery times. * **Goal achievement:** Meet established targets for customer service, lead conversion, and appointments set by BDC Management. * **Analytical support:** Generate basic performance reports, tracking, and effectiveness of digital channels. * **Coordinated work:** Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and customer service workflows. **Requirements** * **Age:** 20 years and above. * **Education:** Completed high school, or ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in digital sales or customer service, preferably in the **automotive sector**. * **Skills and competencies:** * Assertive communication and professional writing. * Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach. * Organization, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. * Commitment, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude. * **Tools:** Mandatory use of **CRM** (Salesforce, AutoCRM, HubSpot, or similar) and proficiency in digital platforms (WhatsApp Business, social media, email). **We Offer** * Competitive base salary of **$15,000.** * **Performance-based bonuses** for achieving targets. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth within the group. * Dynamic, professional, and results-oriented work environment.
