You will also be responsible for supporting service operations and ensuring coverage for all CEDIS routes alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, managing warehouse operations, including activities such as daily inventory tracking applying best operational practices, shipment discrepancies, and meeting service demands from the sales force and business administration. An important part of your role will be serving as the local sales service contact point, addressing operational needs affecting sales service and ensuring operational continuity. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** **Education** Technical degree, incomplete bachelor's degree, or graduate in administrative or related field **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to customer service, administrative controls, and warehouse management * Knowledge of supply chain (logistics, distribution, quality, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Understanding of operational, safety, and quality standards to implement best practices in warehouses.
