




**Main Responsibilities** · Coordinate maritime shipments related to IMPORTS: finished products, goods, and materials originating from China, cargo consigned to Mexico. · Maintain constant communication with the correspondent in China to monitor factory production status and ensure compliance with production plans, departure dates from China, and arrival of goods at Mexican ports. · Track production progress and monitor shipment departures according to plan; coordinate importation, assign cargo to the storage warehouse, cost and input the load into the system. · Monitor shipments and provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the sales and marketing department. · Monthly reporting of operations conducted and percentage contribution toward sales targets. · Control expenses related to imports with a target cost per container, as well as management of accounts payable and monitoring service providers' account statements. · Statistical control of imports and expense verification. · Monthly and statistical operation reports. **Job Requirements** · Education: International Trade, Logistics and Customs, Industrial Engineering · Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position **Technical Skills:** · Spoken and written English (80% proficiency) · ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar) · Knowledge of import and export procedures · Advanced Excel · Knowledge of customs regulations, current legislation, and tariffs **Competencies:** · Procedure follow-up · Objectivity in handling information · Organization and planning · Teamwork · Negotiation We offer statutory and additional benefits.
