If you thrive on change and want to lead the future of Logistics 4\.0, this journey is yours. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 2\-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level). * Proven expertise in **Inventory Control** and **Warehouse Management**. * Solid understanding of **Lean Manufacturing** (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System). * Hands\-on experience with **Material Flow Design** and Value Stream Mapping (**VSM/VSD**). * **Project Management** proficiency (from conception to implementation). * Familiarity with **Industry 4\.0** technologies and **SAP** modules. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. * Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross\-functional teams, and lead change management. * Professional fluency in English. **Additional Information** **How this program accelerates your career:** This isn't just a job; it’s a **2\-year immersion** designed to build a 360\-degree view of our operations.
