Develop standards and strategies for applying 3D variation analysis. Validate the application of 3D variation analysis and the definition of critical characteristics with the design team using geometric tolerances, locators, and virtual tools: MBD and 3DCS, to track manufacturing process definitions, ensure simulated outcomes are achieved, and guarantee consistency. Ensure continuity throughout the entire project development lifecycle through information flow so that all involved parties can correctly utilize the tools. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Design Engineers in dimensional management and variation analysis through a combination of advisory sessions and compliance with the training program. 100% face-to-face and classroom training compliance to ensure correct simulation of product design concepts.
