Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure accurate, timely calculation, control, and payment of payroll while guaranteeing compliance with legal, tax, and labor regulations. If you have solid payroll experience, this position is for you! **Objective** Ensure accurate and timely calculation, control, and payment of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and labor regulations, as well as proper administration of employee incidents and benefits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of payroll experience. * Proven experience coordinating payroll processes. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi and SAP). * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the end-to-end payroll process. * Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, severance payments, and final settlements. * Manage personnel incidents: hires, terminations, medical leaves, vacations, and permissions. * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA, STPS, ISN). * Prepare and validate payroll reports and accruals. * Prepare severance payments and final settlements. * Support internal and external audits. * Implement payroll process improvements and controls. **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA. * Tax and benefit calculations. * Incident management. * Payroll reporting and analysis. * Handling and safeguarding confidential information. **Skills** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Ethics and confidentiality.
