




v **Job Description:** Collect and process incidents, perform calculations (payroll, severance, indemnifications, PTU, IMSS, Infonavit and Fonacot), manage file records, Electronic Banking (layouts and checks), carry out affiliation and IMSS-related procedures, and provide employee support, customer service orientation. v Requirements: ü Age between 25 and 35 years ü Education: Bachelor's degree or incomplete studies in Accounting or Administration ü Proven experience managing a workforce of more than 1,000 employees ü Flexible availability ü Advanced Excel proficiency ü Knowledge and experience with Infonavit, Fonacot, IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, LIRS, REPSE, ICSOE, SISUB, LIVA and Federal Labor Law (LFT). v Skills: ü Ability to work under pressure ü High frustration tolerance ü Strong sense of responsibility ü Service-oriented attitude ü Results-driven and team collaboration skills ü Willingness to travel v We Offer: ü Gross monthly salary: 14,000.00 to 16,000.00 MXN ü Statutory benefits Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
