With presence in Querétaro, CDMX, and Michoacán, we provide excellent clinical diagnostic services across our 6 branches. **Who are we looking for?** A dedicated **CHEMIST ANALYST** committed to quality, service, and continuous improvement to join our team at the **San Juan del Río** branch, with availability for a **mixed shift**. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Clinical Laboratory Science \- Minimum of **1 year** of experience in clinical and/or microbiological laboratories \- Knowledge in: * Processing tests: hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, stool analysis, serology, hormones, etc. * Operation of semi-automated equipment * Microscopy * Blood sample collection and venipuncture * Internal and external quality control * Technical interpretation of results * Valid driver's license and ability to travel (desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Direct patient care (quotations, inquiries, payments, result delivery) * Collection of samples from outpatient and hospitalized patients * Processing of urgent and routine samples * Communication with treating physicians and affiliated companies * Responsible use of laboratory equipment, supplies, and resources **We are looking for individuals with:** Patient focus and service attitude Teamwork Results orientation and continuous improvement Effective problem-solving skills **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers * RSA employee discounts * Opportunities for development and continuous training * Excellent working environment Are you interested in joining the RSA family?
