**We are hiring: Weigher / Warehouse Operator!** A Mexican company specializing in the **processing of meat by-products** and the production of **animal-derived meals and fats** is looking to add a responsible, proactive, and operationally committed **Weigher/Warehouse Operator** to its team. If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment with continuous learning and key operational responsibilities, this is your opportunity! **Job Objective** Ensure accurate **receipt, weighing, and recording of vehicles and materials**, as well as proper **safeguarding and control of inventory** within the plant. **Key Responsibilities** * Record vehicle intake data: date, time, license plates, origin, serial numbers, and weights. * Perform material weighing on scales, both inside the plant and in the yard. * Manage inventory, tanker truck and container loads, and issue scale tickets and reports. * Generate serial numbers and record raw material receipts in the ERP system. * Monitor raw material intake limits according to Logistics instructions. * Prepare operational documentation: manual tickets, transport manifests, sales forms. * Maintain order and availability of materials and supplies. * Deliver internal materials and consumables. * Receive suppliers (water, gas, diesel, raw materials, etc.). * Organize, label, and codify warehouse inventory. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * Minimum of **1 year of warehouse experience** (experience in weighing roles is a plus). * Basic proficiency with digital tools (Office, registration systems). * ERP experience preferred. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Preferred residence near the plant or convenient transportation access. **Competencies** * Orderliness and organization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Service-oriented attitude **Schedule** Rotating shifts: * 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM * 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net * Direct payroll employment * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Uniform and personal protective equipment * Transportation support for night shift * In-kind food basket distribution once or twice per month * Per diems for training, if required * Growth opportunities within a stable industry Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,700.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
