




Job Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service to meet store performance indicators and business goals. Key Highlights: 1. Provide floor-level operational support in the store by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve assigned store operational and business performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in trucks, following relevant stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in store opening/closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct product placement and overall store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product information (type, function, price), thereby delivering excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures; handle customer phone calls to clarify questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s cashier policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma or equivalent completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
