




JOB OBJECTIVE: Carry out recruitment, selection, and hiring of new personnel, while ensuring that candidates possess the necessary competencies, skills, and aptitudes for the position requested. RESPONSIBILITIES: Post and update job vacancies on all available portals (internal and external) and printed media. Receive resumes and attend to candidates via telephone, WhatsApp, or in person. Conduct recruitment and selection processes (scheduling, initial interviews, evaluation reports, and results). Request and receive candidate documentation required for hiring. Submit complete documentation to establish the employee’s personnel file. Provide telephone support to employees, clients, and candidates (as required). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum one year of experience. Must be over 23 years of age. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: Occasionally. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month.
