




Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support during the execution and monitoring of contract manufacturing projects, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and documentation of trials. Preparation and updating of technical documentation OBJECTIVE: Provide technical and operational support to the Project Coordinator in executing and monitoring contract manufacturing projects, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and documentation of pilot and industrial trials, as well as control, updating, and traceability of the technical information required for correct implementation of the project on the production line. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field (completed). - 1–2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably at plant level. - Desired experience in process trials, product development, or technical support within the Food and Packaging sector. - Intermediate English proficiency. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support the development and updating of project plans and schedules; monitor assigned activities and committed deadlines; update progress status and pending items in project control tools; assist in preparing status reports for internal tracking; prepare materials, supplies, documentation, and forms required for pilot and industrial trials. 2. Participate in the preparation and execution of pilot and industrial trials, supporting data collection, technical observations, and results necessary for correct project implementation. Propose improvements in the execution and documentation of pilot and industrial trials. 3. Prepare, update, and safeguard technical and project documentation, ensuring version control, information traceability, and proper recording of approved technical changes. Ensure correct versioning and traceability of technical information. Propose improvements in project execution and documentation. 4. Support training of operational staff on technical instructions, processes, and defined parameters; provide floor-level support during implementation of new products or processes; follow up on information requests with departments involved in the projects. 5. Request technical and operational information related to projects. Propose improvements in trial documentation and execution. Halt and report activities when critical deviations are identified during trials or start-ups (after prior communication with the Coordinator).
