You support our team as IT SPECIALIST WORKPLACE SERVICES Responsibilities * Computer hardware and Desktop application support. * Networking fundamentals (ISP, IP, DNS, subnets, routing, switching, cable management). * Windows 11 and Intune Company Portal. * Remote access and VPN systems. * Microsoft Azure administration. * Office 365 suites, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. * Mobile Device Management (MDM) software administration. * Printer troubleshooting and support. * Multifactor authentication (MFA) concepts. * Asset management. * IT procurement supply management * Installation, troubleshooting, and support of system hardware and software. * Server Room Management, including best practices. * LAN and WLAN network knowledge with basic troubleshooting capabilities Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or a related field. * Conversational proficiency in English required.
