




Job Summary: Supervise and verify compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards, food safety, and product safety, in accordance with Mexican official regulations and organizational requirements. Investigate workplace accidents and determine corrective actions Objective Supervise and verify that operational compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards for employees, as well as food safety and product safety management, strictly adheres to the Mexican official regulatory framework on Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Ecology, conforms to organizational safety standards and applicable regulations, and oversees execution of area processes according to governing policies and standards, to ensure effective accident prevention. Responsibilities Work in accordance with Industrial Safety guidelines; comply with area regulations and procedures; and adhere to Good Storage Practices (GSP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Food Safety guidelines. Supervise and ensure implementation of the national Industrial Safety strategy within the business unit, aligned with Mexican standards and consistent with the objectives of the General Directorate and Traxión. Generate documentation and visual inspections to comply with applicable Mexican regulations and civil protection standards for the business unit. Conduct investigations into workplace accidents, convene the corresponding committee and commission to determine root causes, and define corrective actions within the relevant business unit. Train business unit personnel on Industrial Safety topics, aligned with training plans developed by the business unit. Monitor, supervise, and support achievement of Industrial Safety performance indicators; implement and execute action plans in case of deviations. Conduct Industrial Safety condition assessments within the business unit through internal walkthroughs, aiming to improve and strengthen Industrial Safety conditions. Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering or Nursing degree Experience: 1 year as Assistant, Analyst, or Supervisor in Quality, Safety and Hygiene, and/or Nursing; administration of accident prevention programs, risk analysis; experience in emergency response and safety protocols.
