Specific: Create both digital and physical inventories of all tooling used in at least six key production processes (Machining, CMM, FPI, Painting, TTS and Bonding), including those produced via 3D printing. Measurable: Achieve 100% identification, registration and documentation of existing tooling, as well as the production and documentation of at least 10 useful 3D-printed models during the project. Achievable: With support from technical staff and simple digital tools (Excel, CAD software, QR labels). Relevant: Will improve tooling control, availability and traceability, and consolidate 3D printing as manufacturing support.
